To reset your password, first please go to the login page here: https://ae.mortgagecoach.com/.
Fill in your login email and click the Send button and an email with a link to securely choose a new password will be sent to you. If you receive a "this link is invalid error", it means that the link in that email has expired. Please request a new recovery link and use the link in the most recent email you received.
The new password must not be a previously used password and must contain at least 8 digits, one number, one capital letter, and one special character.
After resetting your password, uncheck the "Remember Me" button on the sign-in page and complete your login.
