Microsoft EDGE:
1) Click the 3 horizontal dots in the top right corner and click "Settings"
2) Click "Choose What To Clear" found under the "Clear browsing data" headline.
3) Check the first 4 boxes then click "Clear".
4) Close out the browser entirely and wait a few moments before re-opening.
Suggested Settings for Cache Management:
You may want to set the browser to look for a new version of the page each time you visit. To do this:
1) Click the 3 horizontal dots in the top right of your screen and click "Settings"
2) Click "Choose What To Clear" found under the "Clear browsing data" headline.
3) Toggle the "Always clear this when I close the browser" switch from "Off" to "On".
4) Close out the browser entirely and wait a few moments before re-opening.
Internet Explorer:
1) Click the "Tools" icon in the top right of your screen and click "Internet Options" near the bottom of the menu.
2) Under the "General" tab, look for the "Browsing History" section and click "Delete..."
3) Check the first 4 boxes then click "Delete".
4) Close out the browser entirely and wait a few moments before re-opening.
Suggested Settings for Cache Management:
1) Click the "Tools" icon in the top right of your screen and then click "Internet Options" near the bottom of the menu.
2) Under the "General" tab, look for the "Browsing History" section and check the "Delete browsing history on exit" box.
3) Close out the browser entirely and wait a few moments before re-opening.
Firefox:
1) Click the 3 vertically stacked lines in the top right corner of your screen and click "Options" near the middle of the menu.
2) Click "Privacy & Security" on the left side of your screen.
3) Find the section titled "History" and click the option titled "clear your recent history".
4) Set the time range to "Today" and also click the arrow icon next to "Details".
5) Check the first four boxes and then click "Clear Now".
6) Close out the browser entirely and wait a few moments before re-opening.
Suggested Settings for Cache Management:
1) Click the 3 vertically stacked lines in the top right corner of your screen and click "Options" near the middle of the menu.
2) Click "Privacy & Security" on the left side of your screen.
3) In the History section, use the drop down selector to choose "Use custom settings for history"
4) Check the box that says "Clear history when Firefox closes"
5) Click the settings button to the right of the checkbox you just checked.
6) Check the "Browsing & Download History" box as well as the "Cache" box and click "Ok".
7) Close out the browser entirely and wait a few moments before re-opening.
Chrome:
1) Click the 3 vertical dots in the top right of the screen. Hover your mouse over the "History" option and then click "History" just to the left when you see it pop up.
2) Click "Clear browsing data" on the left side of your screen. This will open a new tab and you should see a "Clear browsing data" dialogue box pop up. Be sure to have the "Advanced" tab selected at the top of that box.
3) Check the first 4 options and set the time range to "Last 24 hours".
4) Click "CLEAR DATA" and then close out the browser. Wait a few moments before re-opening.
Suggested Settings for Cache Management:
1) Click the 3 vertical dots in the top right of the screen. Hover your mouse over the "History" option and then click "History" just to the left when you see it pop up. Click Cancel once you see this box.
2) After closing that box, directly in the middle of your screen you should see "Content Settings". Click that.
3) At the very top of the list you now see, is an area called "Cookies". Click this and then toggle the second switch labeled "Keep local data only until you quit your browser".
4) Close out the browser entirely and wait a few moments before re-opening.
Safari: (Mac)
1. Click Safari in the upper left-hand side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click Preferences.
2. In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab and then click the button Remove All Website Data....
3. Click Remove Now in the pop-up window that appears.
4. Closeout Safari by right-clicking the Safari icon at the bottom of your screen and clicking Quit Safari
5. Reopen Safari and log back in to MortgageCoach.
