Most likely, you have this product marked as a Current Mortgage (the "Existing 1st" checkbox is marked) for this scenario.
In order to remove the current mortgage association, go to the first screen of this product (where you will enter the standard loan details). Next, locate the question - Is this a Refi? and toggle between the Yes and No twice, which will remove the Current Mortgage association. When you click on the right arrow, your Closing Cost section will display for this product scenario so that you can add the details.
