While there is no way to delete a product in MortgageCoach, you can uncheck it when you get to the Presentation screen, and it won’t show up in any of your borrower presentations.
At least two product scenarios must be checked for the Total Cost Analysis presentation type. If you'd like to only show one product scenario, be sure to use the Loan Presentation type, which will allow you to select only one.
