The Guided Homeowner Strategy is an optional presentation layout designed to make loan information easier for borrowers to follow and understand. It includes all the same features as the Classic layout—including the Summary, Payment Breakdown, and Closing Costs—but organizes the information with a clearer structure to highlight key benefits.
How to Enable the Guided View
The Guided Homeowner Strategy is available for all MortgageCoach Homeowner Strategies. You can enable it by navigating to the Preview tab and selecting the Guided option. Once selected, you’ll be able to preview the updated layout exactly as your borrower will see it when they open their shared link.
This feature is optional and can be used with any strategy you are ready to send. If you prefer the original layout, you can switch back at any time by selecting Classic in the Preview tab to return to the standard view.
If you would like to set all presentations to the Guided view by default, navigate to Settings, then open the Presentation Settings section. You will see a Presentation Layout option—selecting Guided here will automatically apply this layout to all new Homeowner Strategies moving forward.
Once Guided is selected as your default, you can also choose a color theme or apply a custom brand color to personalize the experience for your borrowers.
New: Edit Benefits and Submessages
You can now personalize the narrative of your strategy by editing benefits and submessages directly within the Guided preview.
Custom Tailoring: Update the benefit field (up to 21 characters) and the submessage field (up to 100 characters) to better resonate with your borrower's specific goals.
Real-Time Updates: Changes update live and are reflected immediately in the borrower’s link, even when edited via mobile.
-
Social Integration: You can now add Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube links in Settings > Contact, which will appear automatically in your Guided presentations.
