Create a very simple TCA showing a couple of purchase options. The difference could be the purchase price (easiest), FHA vs Conventional, or varying rates based on additional points paid (by borrower or seller). Then record a video on that presentation:
- Start by introducing your name and company name.
- Talk about your experience in the industry.
- Mention one or more of your specialties (like FHA loans, FTHB, etc).
- Mention your goals or drive. For example, I would say something like "Over the years, taking out a mortgage has become a scary thought. My goal is to ensure that you always have all of the necessary information to make an educated decision."
- Talk briefly about the presentation. For example, "In the presentation you are viewing, I am showing two different purchase options compared against each other over time. Hit the More Info buttons to really drill down on all of the details of each scenario.
- Mention that you can create a presentation like this one based on the individual needs of the borrower/client and that it can be updated on the fly if they need any changes made.
- Ask a question relative to your target clients. Something like "Did you know that you can still purchase a home at the lowest rates in history?"
- Call to action. Be very intentional about this one and avoid using the IF. Something like:"Call me today so we can discuss your mortgage needs in more detail."
