Why are my templates missing from the drop down?

You may be running into a browser cache issue. To get the templates back, you will need to clear the cache of your browser.

To clear the cache in Google Chrome on a computer, complete these steps:

Open Chrome.
Click the Menu in the top right corner.
Select History.
Select Clear Browsing Data.
Select a time range, such as All time or Last hour.
Check the types of information you want to remove, such as Cached images and files, Cookies and other site data, or Browsing history.
Click Clear Data.
Close the Chrome browser and restart Chrome to save your changes.
