Most likely, you have this product marked as a Current Mortgage. In order to remove the current mortgage association, go to the first screen of the products. Next locate the question - Is this a Refinance and toggle between the Yes and No twice which will remove the Current Mortgage association. When you click on the right arrow, your Closing Cost Detail button will display in the Fee screen.
