Usually, if there is a mismatch between the audio and video, it has to do with one of the following:
- Internet connection. The video records as a stream, so if you are on a wireless, try moving to a physical network cable.
- Low Memory. If your machine is less than about 3-4 years old, this shouldn’t be a problem. If older though, you may want to look into a memory upgrade or a more advanced video card.
- Running programs. If other large memory-intensive programs are running, it may slow down your video translation. Try closing other programs while recording.
- Other video programs are hogging device resources. If you run a video tool like Skype, AIM, Google Talk, you may want to disable these while recording so they don’t have a hook on your recording device.
