Usually this error means that there is something on the firewall that is blocking access to our streaming server. Please send an email to IT to request the following:
Please allow access to the Mortgage Coach MC streaming media recorder. It runs on port 80, 8080, or 1935 (preferred port) and uses the RTMP protocol instead of HTTP. If you have a block against streaming media in general, please set an exclusion for this process.
I’m receiving: Cannot connect to the media server. How do I fix this?
