Using Mortgage Coach on Your Mobile Device

In our refreshed web version of Mortgage Coach, both the Loan Officer’s view and Borrower’s view look great when displayed in a mobile browser. Here is an example of a Total Cost Analysis (TCA) presentation on mobile:

While we are prioritizing enhancements on our web version of Mortgage Coach, the legacy apps do provide Mobile Scorecard functionality not yet available on mobile web.

The Mortgage Coach legacy mobile applications are available on the Apple App Store and Android Google Play Store.

Using the Mobile Scorecard

The Mobile Scorecard shows you Mortgage Coach and RateWatch analytics for your team. Currently it is only available on the Mortgage Coach mobile apps.

• Permissions – To view the Mobile Scorecard:
  • Your Mortgage Coach Administrator must select the Mobile Org Dashboard option in the Client Management System to enable it.  
  • You must also be listed in a leadership role in the Client Management System (e.g. Branch Managers can see analytics for their own branch).
• What it Provides - You can use the Mobile Scorecard to see:
  • Aggregate Mortgage Coach and RateWatch usage stats for your team, including an iOS vs Android breakdown.
  • The top 10 Mortgage Coach users on your team, how many TCAs and partner TCAs they've created, and how many views have resulted.
  • The branch with the most active Mortgage Coach users, and a count of their total analyses produced to date.
