How to add a One-Time Principal Reduction Payment in the Advice Engine

The Mortgage Coach Reinvestment Matrix allows you to add a one-time principal payment to your product scenarios, including a Current Mortgage. For example, if your borrower would like to make a one-time payment in the future towards the principal, their savings, or an investment vehicle, the Mortgage Coach Advice Engine will allow you to enter when this payment takes place and will reduce the Freedom Point for your borrower to see how this impacts their Mortgage.
