Auto-generating a Total Cost Analysis from Sales Boomerang Alerts

Using Sales Boomerang and Mortgage Coach together, Loan Officers can leverage auto-generated Total Cost Analysis (TCA) presentations from most Sales Boomerang alerts. With many fields pre-populated, just wrap up the TCA based on specific borrower goals, personalize and send!

Default Mapping from Alert to TCA

Did you get a Listing alert? We’ll generate a TCA comparing the current mortgage with a new purchase using equity.

Receive an FHA MI Removal alert? Look for the auto-generated TCA showing a Rate-and-Term Refinance with no mortgage insurance and compare that to the Cost of Waiting.

Getting Started

To get started, you can access an auto-generated TCA in either of the following ways:

• In Sales Boomerang: Click on an alert in your Sales Boomerang dashboard to view its detail, then scroll down and click the Mortgage Coach Preview and Add Video link.
• In Mortgage Coach: Navigate to the Automated tab in the Mortgage Coach Advice Engine and filter by “TrustEngine.” TCAs generated by Sales Boomerang will show the TrustEngine icon. Click on the desired TCA to begin tailoring it for your borrower.
